BOCA RATON, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers won their second straight conference game, 2-0 Wednesday night, on the road against the Lynn Fighting Knights.

SUMMARY:
FIRST HALF:
- Barry outshot the Knights 9-0, but couldn't sneak the ball past the keeper, keeping the first half scoreless.
SECOND HALF:
- Barry's power duo of Amanda Traynor and Christy Grimshaw lifted the Bucs in the second half with a goal apiece.
- Traynor found the back of the net for the Bucs with a right-footed shot from the top-center of the box in the 76th minute.
- Grimshaw sealed the victory with an 81st minute goal. She carried the ball most of the offensive zone and placed a perfect shot past the Lynn keeper.
- The Bucs outshot the Knights 14-6 in the second half.
NOTEWORTHY:
- Barry's Melanie Ziegner grabbed the win for the Bucs, after making two saves.
- Lynn's Alexa Downie made four saves and allowed two goals to take the loss.
- This victory marked Barry's fifth shutout of the season, fourth for Ziegner.
