MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- Barry men's soccer hits the field again early this week as they face Division II foe Flagler, Tuesday afternoon at Buccaneer Field.
The Buccaneers are coming in after a loss to Sunshine State Conference foe Rollins and will be looking to get back on track after dropping their last two games.
On Saturday night against Rollins, the Bucs fell 3-1, with their sole goal coming
Manuel Perez, who leads the team this season in goals scored. The Bucs will look to get back to their high scoring ways against Flagler.
Flagler comes into the game 4-3-1 on the season and 4-2-0 in the Peach Belt Conference. Last time out for the Saints was a 1-0 victory over conference foe Montevallo.
Threats on the Saints roster include junior forward Pedro Silva, who leads the team in goals with five. Freshman midfielder Oscar Davidsson is right behind Silva with four goals.
Senior forward Jonny Cosgrove will be a player to watch out for as he leads the team in an assists with four.
In the net, Saints goalkeeper, Lex Craggs leads the team with 52 saves in 14 games played, which includes a shutout.
A win for Barry will help right the ship as the Bucs aim to get back on track in their SSC title challenge later on in the year. The game is slated to kickoff at 4:30 PM.
