The Bucs took the first set 25-23 off the power hitting of Stefanie Sveiven and Julia Ridley who ended up with four and five kills respectively. The Knights (12-8, 3-2 SSC) didn’t help their own cause, giving nine points to the Bucs off of errors. 
  Barry dropped the second set 19-25. Lynn profited off of six kills and two aces by Camila Lins. 
  The Bucs and Knights were evenly matched throughout much of the third set. Down 14-15 though, the Bucs won five of the next seven points, led by two kills apiece by Camilla Pagnan and Meisje-Sable Burton, to go up 19-17. The Knights fought to stay in it, but ultimately lost 25-20 off of an attach error by Haley Pratt. 
  In the fourth set, Lynn stormed out to a quick leads of 1-5, and 3-6 before Barry took the next six points to go up 9-6. Barry was able to separate themselves at 14-11 off of two Knight mistakes and a Sveiven kill. The Bucs went on to win set four 25-20. 
  For the Buccaneers, Julie Priester and Libby Walters had 21 assists apiece. Pagnan had 16 kills for the Bucs, while Romina Powers led the Buccaneers hitters with a .500 hitting percentage. Lauren Evans led the Buccaneer defense with 23 digs. 
  The Buccaneers return to action on Saturday, Oct 11 against Florida Southern at 4:00 pm in the Health and Sports Center.
