Lewis (0-7) starter Matt Rolle walked the leadoff hitter in each of the first three innings and they all came around to score as Barry (12-6) built a 3-0 lead.
The Flyers bounced back in the sixth inning with four runs aided by a Buccaneer error. Darryl Jenkins had a two-run double and Jon Guzzo added an RBI-triple.
After the Bucs had built a 6-4 lead in the seventh, the Flyers again took advantage of Barry's defensive mistakes to knot the game at 6-6 in the top of the eighth.
In the bottom of the inning, the Bucs loaded the bases on a double by Alex Meneses, an error on a sacrifice bunt by Brett Rossi and a walk to Andrew Frezza. After Flyer reliever Jon Crettol (0-1) got Cesar Aranguren looking and Gabriel Casanova on an infield fly, Corbeil stroked a single up the middle to plate two runs.
David Bernat (1-1) retired the last five men he faced to earn his first win.
The Bucs will play host to New Jersey's Felician College on Wednesday, Mar. 8 at 6:00 pm, before opening Sunshine State Conference play against the Nova Southeastern Sharks on Friday and Saturday.
