Mike Tomoleoni (1-0) picked up the win in relief of starter Alex Gonzalez. Tomoleoni pitched one hitless inning, striking out two. Gonzalez tossed four innings, striking out seven, and allowing two hits and two walks. Luis Valenzuela (0-1) took the loss for the Bobcats (1-3). He allowed eight runs (seven earned) on seven hits and four walks in two innings.
