Box Score LAKEWOOD, Colo.--The Barry Buccaneers fell 56-55 to the Colorado Christian Cougars in women's basketball action at the CCU Fieldhouse Friday night.

The Bucs tied the game 55-55 on a layup by Candace Blackbird with :14 seconds left. But CCU's Candida Reyes was fouled with :1.8 seconds on the clock and sank one-of-two free throws to give the Cougars the win.

Blackbird led the Buccaneers (3-4) with a game-high 26 points, while Reyes topped the Cougars (3-2) with 12 points as the only two players to score in double figures.

Barry will be back in action at Regis University on Saturday night at 7:00 pm before returning to Miami, Fla., on Sunday.
