ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. --  The Barry Buccaneers closed the season with a 58-39 loss to Eckerd at the McArthur Center in Sunshine State Conference women's basketball action on Saturday.

• Pareja Xargayo led Barry with 10 points. 
• Emma Egan was one fo four Tritons in double figures with 16 points and added 10 rebounds.

• Eckerd led 46-38 on the glass, leading to a 14-6 edge in second-chance points and a 28-18 edge in the paint.
