                    Box Score ST. LEO, Fla.--The fourth-ranked Barry men's soccer team bearded the Saint Leo Lions 2-1 at University Field Friday afternoon.
Avi Scabini put the Bucs up 1-0 at the 25:21 mark with an assist from 
Mike Lupton.
The Bucs held the advantage through the half, but the Lions finally cracked the defense at the 66:29 mark. Paul Reynolds served a corner kick over the pack and Brent Stanze gathered it in and chipped it over a diving 
Ron Goguen in goal to knot the game at 1-1.
Barry responded just two minutes later. 
Chi Chi Soler drove the ball up the sideline and crossed it over to the top of the six-yard box. 
Dennis Lue Yat played it over to Scabini who banged home the game-winner.
Goguen allowed the one goal and made one save for the Bucs. Charley Long had four saves for the Lions.
Barry improves to 8-0-1, 2-0-0 in the Sunshine State Conference and extends its unbeaten streak to 17 games. Saint Leo falls to 5-3-1, 0-1-0 in the conference.
The Bucs are back home on October 9 to take on defending national champions Tampa at 7:00 pm.
