Box Score The Barry University men's soccer team (11-3-0 overall, 3-1-0 SSC) returned to action this week after a pair of overtime losses last week. The No. 4-ranked Buccaneers defeated Eckerd College 4-0 in St. Petersburg, Fla. on Oct. 22. Sophomore forward

With his two goals on Sunday, Marcina tied the school record for goals in a season with 14 set by John Tovar in 1992. Marcina leads the Bucs in scoring with 14 goals and two assists for 30 points, two shy of his total in 1999.
Alonso Alamo remains the Bucs second leading scorer with four goals and five assists for 13 points. Sophomore
Ron Goguen has started all 14 games in goal for Barry and currently has six solo shutouts and a 0.77 goals against average.
The Buccaneers host Rollins on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 7:00 p.m. in another key Sunshine State Conference game. The Bucs then play their final two regular season games on the road at Florida Tech on Nov. 1 at 7:30 p.m. and at Saint Leo on Nov. 4 at 2:00 p.m.
