Box Score LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla.--The Barry women's basketball team fell 54-43 to the Augusta Stater Lady Jaguars in the Sunshine State Conference Disney Challenge Wednesday night.

The Bucs led 17-14 with 8:53 left in the first half, but went cold from the field as the Jags closed the half with a 20-4 run.

In the second half, the Bucs came out on fire cutting the lead to 36-32 with 12:45 remaining. But another cold spell doomed Barry as Augusta State rebuilt a 10-point lead 48-38 with 3:55 to play.

Carolina Santamarina led Barry with 10 points. Shundra Johnson led all scorers with 14.

Barry drops to 1-4, while Augusta State improves to 4-1. The Bucs take on Winona State at 6:00 pm tomorrow.
