Wayne Rullan enters his 13th year as the strength and conditioning coach at Barry University. Under his expertise, Barry’s 12 athletic programs have seen prominent success, boasting 76 NCAA tournament appearances, 32 NCAA finals appearances, 29 conference titles, three national championships and have won the Sunshine State Conference Mayor’s Cup five times.
In addition, he served for many years as the strength and conditioning coach at North Miami Beach High, where he also coached football, basketball and track.
A native of South Florida, Rullan received his master’s in physical education from Florida International University, holds CSCS certification from NSCA and is certified by the United States Weight Lifting Association. He and his wife Donna have a son, Todd, and a daughter, Kim.
