SOPHOMORE (2003): Returned after red-shirting in 2002... Started 59 of the Bucs' 62 games... Hit three home runs with 18 RBI... Led the Buccaneer infielders with 128 assists.

REDSHIRT (2002): Saw action in six games last season all as a starter... Posted a .267 batting average and an on-base percentage of .421 in 15 at bats.

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played one season for coach Jeff Roberts at Manatee Community College... Hit .345 and earned first-team All-Conference.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter for coach Jon Carlock at Manatee High... Captained the Hurricanes to the district title as a senior, earning team defensive MVP... Hit .348 with six doubles, three triples and three homeruns... Drove in 21 and scored 32 runs... Led team with four hit by pitch... Earned second-team All-State honors... All-Area as a sophomore and junior.
