Barry University Athletics

Emily Gumowitz joined the athletic training staff in the fall of 2021. She will primarily be responsible for volleyball and softball.

She comes to Barry after graduating from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C., with her bachelor's in athletic training in 2021. During her time as a student at ASU, she worked with softball, wrestling, cross country, track & field, women's soccer and football.

As a graduate student at Barry University, she is earning her master's degree in human performance and wellness. She loves to be outside and going to the beach with her dog Renly.
