FRESHMAN (2012): Appeared in three games for the Buccaneers in 2012, twice on the mound and also as a pinch runner…Allowed just one run over one inning of work.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Gaither High in 2011...Lettered in baseball all four years under Frank Permoy...Hit .310 with two homeruns, 15 rbi and 10 stolen bases his senior year...compiled a 5-2 record on the mound for the Cowboys to go along with a 2.10 era and 30 strikeouts...Earned Scholar Athlete of the Year and Second-Team All-Western Conference his senior year.

PERSONAL: Son of Kevin and Karla Jackson...Majoring in marine biology.
