INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The NCAA has released the 2026 NCAA Division II Women's Golf Championship field and Barry University is one of the 72 teams selected to the tournament. The Bucs are the 7th seed in the South Regional Championship that will be hosted by Lee University at the Cleveland Country Club in Cleveland, Tenn.
The south region championship will be conducted May 4-6 and will be a 54-hole competition. The top four teams and two individuals from the south region will advance to the NCAA Championships May 12-16 at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
Barry received an at-large bid to the tournament. It is their 22nd overall bid to the championships and 12th in a row.
The top six individuals, who were not part of one of the selected teams, also qualified for post-season play.
