MIAMI, Fla.- The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced the Division II Men's Computerized Rankings, featuring updated standings for team, singles, and doubles this Wednesday, April 23rd.
RANKINGS
The latest rankings have the Barry University men's tennis team holding steady at No. 2 after opening the spring season with five consecutive weeks at the top spot. The Bucs remain unbeaten with a perfect 18-0 overall record, including a 7-0 mark in conference play. Barry continues to lead the Sunshine State Conference, ranking ahead of Saint Leo (No. 5), Rollins (No. 8), Florida Southern (No. 9), Embry-Riddle (No. 11), and Lynn (No. 23).
In addition to the ITA rankings, the NCAA also released its regional rankings, placing the Bucs in the No. 1 spot ahead of multiple SSC opponents, including Saint Leo (No. 3), Rollins (No. 4), Florida Southern (No. 6), Embry-Riddle (No. 9), and Lynn (No. 10).
Alongside the team rankings, the ITA also released its latest singles and doubles standings.
In singles, Yan Kodjoed continues his dominant run, holding the No. 1 spot for another consecutive week. Riccardo Trione also remains in the same spot at No. 15, while Adam Lynch moves to No. 29.
In doubles competition, the pairing of Trione and Simone Cavalleri moved up one spot to No. 19 nationally.
