Barry JV Baseball Falls in Doubleheader Against Wellington Sports Academy

MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers dropped both games of a doubleheader to Wellington Sports Academy by scores of 4-3 and 7-1 on Tuesday afternoon at Feinbloom Field in junior varsity baseball action.

SUMMARY GAME 1:
Wellington 4, Barry 3

  • T4 – Wellington opened the scoring in the fourth inning when Grady Endemann singled up the middle to bring home Eric Flores. Later in the inning, James Dono delivered a two RBI single through the left side that scored Endemann and Chase Webster. | Wellington 3, Barry 0
  • B4 – Barry responded in the bottom half of the inning when Luis Sousa launched a two-run home run to deep left field, scoring Aquiles Arzeno and cutting the deficit to one. | Wellington 3, Barry 2
