MELBOURNE, Fla.- In a newly released pre-season poll men's tennis was voted the favorite to win the 2026 men's tennis SSC Chapionship. This poll is voted on by the eight head coaches of the conference with no coach being able to vote for their own team. The Bucs received all seven first-place votes which gave them 49 points and made them the favorites to win for the season.
Barry has been picked as the preseason favorite every year since the poll began in 2014 making this the 14th year in a row for the team. The Bucs are looking to capture their eighth regular-season title and 21st tournament championship while also aiming to make a return to the NCAA Divison II Men's Tennis Championship.
The men's SSC Championships will be held on Thursday, Apr. 30 till Saturday, May. 2nd at the Perper Tennis Complex.
