An 11-1 run quickly had Barry ahead by double figures halfway through the first. Florida Tech was able to rally back and make it just a five point game heading into the break. Perry and Tarrance Warren led the scoring with 11 points each. Barry attempted just two free throws, sinking them both, while shooting 37-percent from the field. - 2H - Florida Tech came out and quickly erased their deficit and kept it a one possession game until ultimately taking the lead at 16:20. It was a 16-0 run for the Panthers over the next six minutes with the Bucs struggling offensively and falling into a hole. After trailing by as much as 19, the resiliency of the Bucs would not go down without a fight. It was a two-point game with just 21-seconds remaining. However, the Panthers were able to sink in key free throws to have the come back victory. Michael Bradley III stepped up with nine points in the half playing all 20 minutes. NOTEWORTHY:
- Perry led the scoring with 20 points.
- Warren and Marko Šarenac were in double figures at 19 and 10, respectively.
- Sarenac had his 10th double-double with 13 rebounds.
- The Bucs led in second chance points, fast break points, and bench points.
- Barry as lost the last five at the Clemente Center.
