- The Buccaneers dropped the doubles point as the #41-ranked duo of Cedric Drenth and George Day defeated Barry's 20th-ranked combo of Yan Kodjeod and Leo Caill
- Barry bounced back with a 6-4 victory at #2 with Gabriele Felline and Tim Reidel beating Sam Knowles and Tom Wasner
- It came down to a hard-fought tiebreak loss at #3 as WSU's Luis Klaus and Ben Hill out-lasted Riccardo Trione and Simone Cavalleri.
- Cavelleri got the day started for the Bucs with a commanding 6-0, 6-0 win over Sam Knowles at #6 singles.
- Riedel defeated Klaus, sweeping both sets 6-2, 6-0, to even the match.
- Felline dominated #74-ranked Day, 6-1, 6-2, at #2 to give Barry the lead.
- Kodjoed handled Tom Wasner with ease, cruising to a 6-1, 6-2 victory at #3 that sealed the win.
- The remaining matches went unfinished after the Bucs clinched.
