- Ailen Crespo dominated on Court #5, securing a 6-1, 6-2 victory over Madelyn Martin, clinching the match for the Bucs.
- Maria Tatarnikova wrapped up a commanding performance on Court #6, sweeping Karina Montoya 6-0, 6-2.
- Second-ranked Alina Michalitsch fought hard against #50 Claudia Borbon Roca in the longest match of the day in Court #1. Michalitsch and Roca endured in the mighty struggle between competitors, the other games had been finished by the time the first set had ended in a 7-6(4) victory for Roca. Michalitsch and Roca continued onto the next set, despite their waning stamina. The duo put on a show for the remaining audience. The match ended in a 6-4 victory for Roca but both competitors truly gave it their all out there.
