MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The fourth-ranked Barry Buccaneers men's tennis team opened their 2025 season with strong start, sweeping the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish 7-0 from the Buccaneer Tennis Center on Monday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Buccanners swept the doubles, earning the doubles points.
- Caill, Rivoira, Azoulay and Machado all captured their first set in the singles matches and went on to win in straight sets.
- Felline clinched the win for the Bucs at Singles Court No. 1.
- Riedel was the last of the Bucs to finish up play, after winning the first set 7-5 in a close battle, he took command in the second match and won 6-2 to secure the sweep for the Bucs.
NOTEWORTHY:
- The Bucs have never lost to the Sailfish.
