MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- Robert Boing, who transferred in from Millenia Atlantic this season, helped the Bucs bounce back in game two to split a season-opening doubleheader with the Macaws at Feinbloom Field on Monday. Millenia Atlantic took game one 5-0, but the Bucs won 11-1 in six innings in game two.

- Boing (1-0) worked four innings, allowing a run on one hit and striking out four.
- Zack Allen worked the final two innings, striking out four.
- Flynn led the Bucs at the plate, going 4-for-7 with two doubles and two runs.
- Herrera was 2-for-6, scoring three runs and driving in three more.
