HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Buccaneers won their doubles matches at #1 and #2, while the third match would be called unfinished after the clinch and a 5-5 start.
- Riccardo Trione was able to take victory with a straight set win at the top flight over David Simeonov.
- Machado was able to win his match decisively a straight set sweep, 6-4, 6-2 over Lorenzo Di Cursi.
- Ariel Meshulam fell to Tadeo Gaggiofatto at #5, 7-6 (4), 6-2 in his first action of the season.
- Gabrielle Felline also dropped his match at #2 6-4, 6-4 to Manu Lanteri.
- Yan Kodjeod clinched at court #3, after losing the first set 3-6 and, after storming back with a second set 6-3 victory, he finished it off with a 6-0 win.
- Tim Reidel had a chance to clinch his set at court #4, up a set with a 6-4 victory, and up 5-4 in the second, but lost the set in a tiebreaker and went unfinished.
