MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers ended the regular season with a 1-1 draw with the 17th-ranked Florida Tech Panthers in Sunshine State Conference men's soccer action at Buccaneer Field on Thursday night.

- Barry dominated the higher-ranked Panthers 17-4 on shots, including 12-3 on goal.
- Ronning Orn set a career-high with 10 saves for the Panthers, and was bailed out in the fourth minute by defender Freyr Jonnsson who popped a shot by Julien Laborde over the crossbar.
- Djordje Mihajlovic had two saves for the Bucs.
- The tie sets up a rematch between the two teams in the SSC Tournament, as Florida Tech gets the third seed, thanks to a tie-breaker over Rollins, and Barry has the sixth-seed.
- it marks the fourth year in a row the Bucs and Panthers have squared off in the conference tournament. Florida Tech won 4-1 to capture the 2022 title. Barry returned the favor 1-0 to take the 2023 championship. Last year, after a 0-0 tie to end the season, the Bucs knocked out the Panthers 2-0 in the quarterfinals.
