The ITA Cup kicked off Thursday, Oct. 16, in Mount Berry, GA, with three Bucs competing in the tournament. Friday Oct. 7th, marked the second day of the tournament with big wins coming from all three Bucs in attendance. Day three of the ITA Cup was a big win with all three Bucs in attendance, making it to the finals. On the final day of the tournament Yan Kodjoed won big, becoming the fifth male Buc to win the ITA Cup. Dana Heiman finishes the tournament as the runner up for both the women's singles tournament and the women's doubles tournament.

Fourth Day Results 

Yan Kodjoed won the final day of the ITA Cup, becoming one of only five male Bucs to win both the ITA regional championship and the ITA Cup the. Kodjoed joins Herbert Bende (1995), Christian Witt (2000), Emanuel Fraitzl (2010), and Alejandro Ibanez Gallego (2019) as the only male Bucs to do so.

After three hard-fought sets, Dana Heiman fell to the third seed of the tournament. 

Natasha Sengphrachanh (GV) def. Dana Heiman (Barry) 1-6,6-3,6-0

The doubles team composed of Dana Heimen and Anastasia Nikolova fell to the number one seed team of the tournament. 

Kristyna Hranacova & Katja Markus (NSU) def. Dana Heimen & Anastasia Nikolova (Barry) 6-3,6-2

Third Day Results

The second seed Yan Kodjoed makes it to the finals of the ITA Cup in three sets beating out the number three seed of the tournament. Kodjoed is looking for his final win that would put him as one of six Bucs to win the ITA Cup. Kodjoed will play Diego Duran next for the last round of the tournament.

Dana Heiman, who is seeded first, won her semifinal round in two sets to move on to the final round of the tournament versus the number three seed, Natasha Sengphrachanh. 

Dana Heimen (Barry) def. Alyssa Novoa (Rollins) 7-5,6-1

Another big win for the Bucs came during the women's doubles tournament, with Hemian and Anastasia Nikolova making it to the finals as well, with their next opponent being the first-seeded team composed of Kristyna Hranacova and Katja Markus.

Second Day Results

Yan Kodjoed stays standing with another quick victory in the quarterfinals to move on to the semifinals against the number three seed of the tournament, Pedro Liborio.

Dana Heiman pulls off another win to advance to the semifinals as well. Heiman will face Alyssa Novoa for a spot in the finals.

The women's doubles team of Heiman and Anastasia Nikolova got a win to move them on to the next round where they will face the fourth seed team of Daniela Tijaro and Renske Ubaches

First Day Results

The second-seed, Yan Kodjoed, competed in the men's singles tournament and took on Malo Poulesquen, beating him in a quick first round to move on to the second day of the tournament. Kodjoed will face Adrian Solorzano in the quarterfinals.

The women's singles tournament started as well, with the first-seeded Dana Heimen competing against Filipa Larson. Heimen beat Larson in two quick sets to move on to the quarterfinals of the tournament. Heimen's next opponent is Sofia Antolini from Catawba College.

Heiman also competed with Anastasia Nikolova in the women's doubles tournament. They are the two-seed and won their first match after a close first set and a second set blowout. Heimen and Nikolova will play Audrey Ouellet and Anamarija Kovacevic from Findlay next.
