MIAMI SHORES, Fla. — Barry Volleyball takes straight set loss to 19th ranked Lynn in top-25 match up from the Health & Sports Center in Friday night showdown.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Set One - Both teams traded points with Barry pulling away at 10-8. Lynn then in turn went on a 6-0 rally to over take the set at 16-11. Barry rallied to bring it within one but were unable to overcome the deficit. | Barry 19, Lynn 25
- Set Two - In a highly offensive set Lynn came out on top with 20 points being off kills, swinging a .500 clip. Barry put up 13 kills on a .357 swing. The Fighting Knights took the set finishing off on a 8-1 run. | Barry 21, Lynn 25
- Set Three - After once trailing 5-9, the Buccaneers locked in and flipped the scoreboard to make it 11-9. There were 12 ties in the set and nine lead changes. Lynn closed it out with three straight points to take the match. | Barry 21, Lynn 25
NOTEWORTHY:
- Barry has recorded the first point in 22 of 27 sets this season.
- The match was tied 30 times and had 18 lead changes.
- Diana Akopova and Varvara Osychenko recorded 10 kills each.
- Ivana Zujovic led the serving with three aces, Osychenko had two.
- Petra Brkicic had 25 assists and two blocks.
