SUMMARY:
Game 1 - Barry 6, Rollins 2
- B1 - Barry jumped on the Tars' Nick Berger (5-2) hard in the first inning of game one, scoring four runs. The Bucs loaded the bases on an infield single by Braden Forchic, a hit batter and a walk to Kevin Noriega. With two outs, Savi Delgado hit a ground ball to Jimmy Thies at third. Thies, inexplicably, tried to beat Evan Wickeri to the bag and failed, allowing Forchic to score. Sean Shelly followed with a two-run single and Albert Espinosa drove in Delgado with a single to left. | Barry 4, Rollins 0
- T3 - The Tars got one run back in the third, but base-running miscues held the damage down. After loading the bases with one out on two walks and a single, Chris Sparber drove in a run with a base hit to right. But Mason Wilson got caught off the bag and tagged and Jack Herring was thrown out at third for a double play to end the inning. | Barry 4, Rollins 1
- B4 - Jimmy Bruno, who was hit by Berger, scored on a single by Forchic. | Barry 5, Rollins 1
- B6 - Shelly slammed his second homer of the season leading off the sixth inning. | Barry 6, Rollins 1
- T8 - Diego Garcia scored after leading off with a single when Herring served a base hit down the right field line. | Barry 6, Rollins 2
Game 2 - Barry 6, Rollins 2
- B1 - Freddy Rodriguez got the Bucs on the board in the first with a lead-off homer. | Barry 1, Rollins 0
- B5 - Barry scored four runs in the fifth inning, with the help of two Rollins errors. Matthew Menendez led off with a single and went to third when Bruno laid down a bunt that Tars' pitcher Ryan Furey threw away at first. After the Tars walked Rodriguez intentionally, they coaxed a double play but Menendez came home. Brun scored on a passed ball by catcher Stephen Deans. Wickeri reached on an error by shortstop Jose Perez and promptly stole second. He scored on a double by Noriega. Shelly knocked in Noriega with a single through the right side. | Barry 5, Rollins 0
- B6 - Menendez beat out an infield single and scored on a base hit by Forchic. | Barry 6, Rollins 0
- T7 - After Rob Buckley and Perez hit back-to-back singles to start the seventh, the Tars got two runs on a wild pitch and an RBI single from Deans. But Aiden Denton came in with the bases loaded and coaxed a pop up out of Herring to end the frame. | Barry 6, Rollins 2
