MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Buccaneer Invitational hosted by Barry was wrapped up on Tuesday afternoon after three rounds at the Miami Shores CC. Daniela Ballesteros took home the individual first-place award while the Bucs finished the tournament in first place after carding +13 (284-289-292--865).
BUCCANEER HIGHLIGHTS:
Daniela Ballesteros (-4) (67-72-70--209) 1st Place
- Won a scorecard playoff after being tied at 4-under with Rios from Tampa.
- Second tournament win of the 2023-24 season.
- Recorded a team-low round in the tournament of 67 (1st round).
- Led Barry in par-3 scoring (+1), in par-4 scoring (-1) and par-5 scoring (-4). The -4 on par-5s led all golfers.
- Totaled 38 pars and ten birdies.
Giuliana Gomez (+5) (73-70-75--218) T-7th Place
- Carded -2 on par-5 holes, good for second on team.
- Recorded 34 pars and eight birdies, which was good for second among team.
Leonie Sinnhuber (+6) (72-74-73--219) 12th Place
- Second on team in par-4 scoring (+1).
- Carded E on par-5 holes.
Tereza Zavrelova (+7) (72-73-75--220) T-13th Place
- Carded -2 on par-5 holes, tied for third among all golfers.
- Totaled 36 pars and six birdies.
Sydney Grimes (+9) (73-75-74--222) T-19th Place
- Recorded 34 pars and six birdies.
