Barry wins many events

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers swimming team represented Barry University at the Ava Maria Dual Meet at the Immokalee Sports Complex. The Bucs played strong, with the men's side winning 170-86 and the women's side fell 151-101.

The meet consisted of 28 events, 14 on the men's side and 14 on the women's. The events included of the 200-medley relay, 1000 freestyle, 100 backstroke, 100 breaststroke, 200 butterfly, 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 400 IM, 200 backstroke, 200 freestyle, 200 breaststroke, 400 freestyle, 200 IM and lastly the 400 freestyle relay.
