Men's Soccer Bows Out In Conference Semifinal

WINTER PARK, Fla. -- The seventh-seeded Barry Buccaneers bowed out of the Sunshine State Conference men's soccer tournament 2-1 to third-seeded Rollins at Cahill-Sandspur Field on Thursday night.

  • 28:10 - The Tars evened the match in the first half. Kaden Foreman slipped the ball over to Pedro Lameiras at the edge of the 18-yard box. Lamieras took a touch into the middle and rifled a shot into the upper left corner. | Barry 1, Rollins 1
  • 46:51 - Just into the second half, the Tars scored the eventual winner. Foreman played a tricky little back heel in the box to Mikkel Fodstad for the goal. | Rollins 2, Barry 1

NOTEWORTHY:

  • The Tars out-shot the Bucs 20-11, including 10-3 on goal.
