MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- -- The Barry Buccaneers men's golf team finished day one of the Milton Makeup in first place, they leave the course with a score of -15 (281-272-289 --842) on Monday afternoon, the B team left the course with a score of +20 (291- 291-290-- 872).

Field consisted of 9 teams and 53 golfers.

BUCCANEER HIGHLIGHTS:

BUCS "A" TEAM

Brett Jones (-5) T4th place (71-67-70 –208)

• Totaled 37 pars and 11 birdies. The 11 birdies led all Bucs (A).
• Led "A" team in par-4 scoring (-1).

Albin Ekvall (-5) T4th place (70-67-71 –208)

• Recorded 38 pars and ten birdies. The 38 pars led all Bucs (A).
• Lead the event in Par 3s (-3)
