LAKELAND, Fla. — Barry Volleyball returns after a 13-day hiatus and remains focused with sweep of Florida Southern in Sunshine State Conference play. The Friday evening match-up in the Jenkins Field House, gave the Bucs their 11th win of the season, 10th via the sweep.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Set One - Diana Akopova started the fun with the first kill of the evening. Back-to-back blocks and three straight kills set up the separation in the set. Ivana Zujovic was a part of three of the five points that set the teams apart. It was the best hitting set as the Bucs swung .324 for 15 kills. | Barry 25, Florida Southern 17

- Set Three - The defense stepped up big for five of their 11 blocks coming in this set. The first two points recorded came off the block. A 7-2 run help the come from behind set victory that put Barry at a 17-14 advantage. The Mocs tried to muster a comeback but fell short due to two kills from Akopova and a block from Veronika Eremeeva and Jeyhlen Thomas. | Barry 25, Florida Southern 22
