LAKELAND, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers' Adam Lynch won the ITA South Regional singles title on Sunday at the Wynee Warden Tennis Center. 

Lynch defeated Taco Takeshi of Valdosta State in a hard fought, tightly contested, three set match 7-6(5), 2-6, 11-9. 

Adam is the first Buccaneer to win the ITA South Regional since Alejandro Ibañez Gallego did in back-to-back years (2020 & 2021). 

With the win, Lynch receives an automatic bid to the ITA Cup in Rome, GA.
