DENTON, Texas -- The Barry Buccaneers women's golf team moved up two spots after round two at the DBU Classic. The Bucs carded three-under and are now +2 (293-285--578), placing them tied for fifth place.
The Bucs now sit seven strokes off of the leading team (Dallas Baptist).
Nina Klug's round two score of -7 (65), is a Barry school record.
NOTEWORTHY:
- Nina Klug rose up by nine spots and now sits in second place among all golfers. She carded the lowest second round of any golfer in the field (65).
- Barry leads the field in par-3 scoring at -2.
- The Bucs are seven under on par-5s.
- Bucs have totaled 108 pars, 33 birdies and one eagle through two rounds.
