DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- The Barry University softball team split its final Sunshine State Conference (SSC) doubleheader of the season at Radiology Associates Field against Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, winning 2-1 in the opener before dropping the nightcap, 5-3, on Saturday.

NOTEWORTHY:
- Harper Bunn had three hits in the two games.
- Cassandra Lee and Angel Villanueva both collected a pair of base hits, each with an extra-base hit as well - Lee with a triple and Villanueva with a double.
- Rylee Lord, who had a single in her final collegiate at-bat, contributed seven assists in the doubleheader from second base.
- Cassandra Lee (W, 8-6) started the opener and went four innings of three-hit ball for the win.
- Haelee Angelico made relief appearances in both games.
- Maci Barnhart earned her third save of the season in the opener and took the loss in the nightcap.
