WINTER PARK, Fla. -- The 20th-ranked Barry Buccaneers lost 7-1 to the fifth-ranked Rollins Tars at Alfond Stadium on Saturday in the NCAA Division II South Super Regional. Rollins takes the series 2-0 to advance to the D-II World Series in Cary, N.C.

NOTEWORTHY:
- Edward Berry (6-3) was dominant, throwing seven shutout innings. He allowed four hits and four walks, but struck out two and stranded seven Bucs on base.
- Trevor Baker (2-4) was the hard-luck loser for the Bucs. He went six innings, holding the Tars to two runs on nine hits and a walk.
- Brandon Sanchez had two of the Bucs' seven hits, with Delgado and Stella hitting doubles and Ogden driving in the only run.
- The games in the Super Regional were the latest game played in program history, as Barry tied their farthest advance in the NCAA Tournament. The Bucs reached the regional finals in 1998 and 2011, to tie for ninth, as they did this season.
