MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers fell behind then exploded for seven straight runs to topple the Young Harris Mountain Lions 7-4 on Saturday night in baseball action at Feinbloom Field.

- B4: Barry tacked on three more runs in the fourth. Freshman Jake Ogden blasted a solo homer, his third of the season and third in the last four games. Menendez singled and Abreu walked with two outs. After Abreu stole third, Stamps threw the ball down the left-field line, allowing him to score and Menendez to move up to second. NOTEWORTHY:
- Mike Reagan (1-0) worked five solid innings in his second start of the season to earn the win. He allowed two runs on three hits and three walks and struck out eight.
- Federico Zapata pitched the final four innings, giving up two runs on the Begora homer and striking out four. He has yet to walk a batter this season.
- Zach Murray (0-1) took the loss for the Mountain Lions. He allowed seven runs (five earned) on seven hits and two walks, while striking out five in 5.0 innings.
- Menendez led Barry at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a homer, two runs and two RBI.
- Wickeri also had two hits and stole four bases.
- Begora's homer was the top offensive mark for Young Harris.
ON THE HORIZON:
The Buccaneers continue the homestand with a rematch with Washburn on Sunday at 1:00 pm. The Bucs rallied to beat the Ichabods 6-3 on Thursday. Washburn lost 8-0 to Palm Beach Atlantic on Saturday.
