ORMOND BEACH, Fla. -- The No. 6-ranked Barry Buccaneer women's golf team sits in first place at +9 with a four-stroke lead after day one of the SSC Championship on Sunday, Apr. 10. Alice Götbring sits in a tie for first at even par on the individual leaderboards.
The Bucs are joined at the invitational by nine other teams including No. 2 Lynn, No. 4 Nova Southeastern, No. 7 Rollins, No. 14 Saint Leo, No. 15 Tampa, No. 21 Florida Southern, and No. 41 Embry-Riddle.
NOTEWORTHY:
- The Bucs recorded the most pars of the field with 59, led by Nina Klug and Götbring who finished the day in third in pars with 14 each.
