MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers lost to the Catawba Indians 19-13 on Sunday at Feinbloom Field.

• B1 - Barry got a pair of unearned runs in the first thanks to a pair of Indian errors. Elijah Eusebe reached on one error and scored on another. Brandon doubled and came in on a sacrifice fly by Joe Stella.  | Barry 2, Catawba 0
• B2 - Barry extended the lead to 8-0, sending 12 men to the plate and scoring six. Stella capped the frame with a grand slam, his first homer of the season. | Barry 8, Catawba 0
• T3 -Zack Miller drilled a two-out, two-run homer to chip into the Bucs' lead. | Barry 8, Catawba 2
• T4 - After two outs, the Indians drew a walk, reached on an error and slammed another homer, this time from Joe Butts. | Barry 8, Catawba 5
• T5 - The wheels came off for the Bucs in the fifth, as Catawba sent 13 men to the plate and scored eight. The Bucs walked in two, hit a batter for another and threw a wild pitch. Butts had a two-run single.  | Catawba 13, Barry 8
• B5 - Barry got two runs back in the bottom of the inning. After a walk to Eddie Javier, Jr., and a single by David Vazquez, Javier scored on a wild pitch and Eusebe knocked in Vazquez with a single. | Catawba 13, Barry 10
• T6 - The Indians got the runs back in the sixth. Carlos Lara stuck his leg in front of a pitch and Braxton Davis followed with a double off the wall in left. Lara scored on a wild pitch and Davis came in on a single by Butts. | Catawba 15, Barry 10
• T7 - The Indian struck for four more runs in the seventh. Lara had a two-run double and Zeb Burns a two-run single. | Catawba 19, Barry 10
• B8 - Barry capped the scoring with three in the eighth. Omar Baldo led off with a single to center. Alexander Manent followed with a a single of his own one out later. Javier knocked in Baldo with a single to left-center. Vazquez drew a walk to load the bases. Jorge Blanco picked up an RBI when he was hit by a pitch and Bran Socorro got one with a walk. | Catawba 19, Barry 13

NOTEWORTHY:

• Michael Gracer (1-0) worked 2.1 innings in relief. He walked one and that runner came in to score, but he struck out four and did not allow a hit.
• JJ Galvis (0-1) took the loss for the Bucs' pitching staff. He allowed four runs on a walk, hit batter and one hit in a third of an inning.
• Stella led the Bucs at the plate with two hits, one the grand slam, and four RBI.
• Eusebe, Sanchez, Baldo and Jose Tabares all also had two hits. 
• Butts led the Indians with three hits and six RBI.
