INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The Barry Buccaneers men's tennis won their first ITA Division II Men's National Team Indoor Championship after defeating No. 1 Columbus State 4-3 in the final at the Ulndy Tennis Center on Sunday, Feb. 20.
The Bucs won the doubles point to start things off on the right foot, with the doubles of Ignasi Forcano/Martin Gutierrez and Tim Büttner/Alessandro Giuliato both securing victories. The match was tied 3-3 after five flights of singles before Arnau Rodriguez came in clutch for the Bucs and secured the clinching point in his matchup.
