ROME, Ga. -- Alejandro Ibañez Gallego fell in the Round of 16 of the ITA Cup at the Rome Tennis Center on Thursday.

Second-seeded Ibanez Gallego was upset by Santiago Perez of Columbus State 6-1, 7-5. Ibanez Gallego came into this tournament after losing in the final to Luca Mack at the South Regional Championships. Luca Mack is the one seed at the ITA Cup in singles.

The Barry men's tennis team will host the Buccaneer Invitational starting Friday Nov. 4. The tournament will be held at the Buccaneer Tennis Center.
