Women's Basketball Pulls Off Miraculous Comeback

Barry ended regulation on an 11-4 run to force OT

MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers' Women's Basketball team showed their late game poise, finishing their game strong against the Saint Leo Lions on Wednesday, Mar. 3 and capturing the victory. The Bucs learned from last week where they came up just narrowly short in a comeback attempt vs. the Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish, pulling off on an 11-4 run at the end of regulation before emerging victorious in overtime.

Barry tallied five scores in the doubles digits including Harriet Swindells, Dasiah Thornton, and Trinity Bosecker; all of whom came in off the bench. Bosecker in particular had an outstanding performance, recording 14 points on 7-9 shooting from the field to go along with 12 rebounds and five blocks.
