DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Buccaneers dropped their Sunshine State Conference volleyball match against Embry-Riddle inside the ICI Center 3-0. Barry fell to the Eagles 25-20, 25-20, 25-21.

SUMMARY:

• 1^st set | The Bucs were up 20-19 in the first set, but the Egales went on a six-point run with the help of a couple kills by Sam Lanning to capture the first set of the match. | ERAU 25, Barry 20
• 2^nd set | The Eagles did not let up, jumping out to a four-point lead in the second set. The Bucs were able to slowly claw away at the Eagles lead, getting as close as 9-7, but it wasn't enough as the Ealges came away with the set. | ERAU 25, Barry 20
• 3^rd set | The Bucs had some fight left in them as they get an early lead going up 6-3, but the Eagles slowly ground out the clinching set. Cameron Gilleland added seven kills in the frame to seal the match. | ERAU 25, Barry 21

• Mariana Bertrán led the Bucs with 8 kills.
