FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers nearly completed a 14-point comeback to topple the Nova Southeastern Sharks on Wednesday, Feb. 26, but came up just one point short, falling 66-65 at Rick Case Arena.

NOTEWORTHY:

• Pink led the Bucs with a season-high 18 points. Baena matched her with 18 points, while Swindells had 14.
• Charlotte Armstrong matched her career-high with 12 rebounds.
• Iva Ilic led the Sharks with 18 points, while Jordan Tully and Maria Bardeeva each had 11.
• The contest was the first that the Bucs shot over 40 percent from the field but didn't get the win. 
• The Buccaneers were trouble for the Sharks inside all night but ultimately their 12-of-22 mark from the charity stripe wasn't good enough to complete their comeback.
