PENSACOLA, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers continued their brilliant play at the ITA South Region Men's Tennis Tournament at the University of West Florida on Saturday.
Alesandro Giuliano and Alejandro Ibañez Gallego reach the semifinals of the singles bracket. Both the Bucs' double teams bowed out in the quarterfinals.

- #4 Ibanez Gallego (BARRY) def. Aurel Ciocanu (SLU) 6-4, 6-3
- Yohan Nguyen (VSU) def. #5 Carlos Gomez (BARRY) 6-3, 6-3
- Juan Cabrera (UWF) def. #7 Alejandro Ortega Palacios (BARRY) 1-6, 7-5, 10-2
- ROUND of 32
- Giuliano (BARRY) def. #1 Serdar Bojedjiev (UWF) 6-2, 6-4 (He now faces Nguyen in the semifinals.)
- #4 Ibanez Gallego (BARRY) def. Andres Donayre (ERAU) 3-1, ret. (He now faces Lucca Baptista of Lynn in the semifinals.)
DOUBLES:

- Rodolfo Hasegawa/Erik Carlsten (PBA) def. #4 Ibanez Gallego/Gomez (BARRY) 8-7
- Emile Le Terrier/Trey Seymore (DSU) def. Giuliano/Ortega Palacios (BARRY) 8-6
