WINTER PARK, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers dropped the finale of their Sunshine State Conference baseball series to the Rollins Tars 8-0 on Saturday at Alfond Stadium after taking the first two games.

- Jimmy Robbins (7-2) tossed 7.2 shutout innings, scattering four hits and two walks and striking out 11 to earn the win.
- Frank II Gonzalez (5-2) was tagged with just his second loss of the season. He allowed seven runs on eight hits and a walk in 5.1 innings.
- Andrew Rapoza, who set the Barry single-game record by going 6-for-6 in Friday's 13-inning win, recorded hits in his first two at-bats to run his string of consecutive hits to eight.
ON THE HORIZON:
The Bucs will travel up to Melbourne, Fla., for a game against the Florida Tech Panthers. The game is a makeup from a rainout earlier in the season.
