MIAMI SHORES, Fla. -- The Barry Buccaneers lost their second game in the Cesar Odio Classic to the Daemen Wildcats 78-69 in women's basketball action in Health & Sports Center on Saturday.

- 1Q - The Bucs got off to another slow start, hitting just 5-of-17 from the floor in the first quarter. The Bucs led, however, 8-2 after a jumper by Ashleigh Pink with 5:10 left in the period. - 2Q - The second period continued the Wildcat run. They pused the lead to double figures on a Caroline White jumper at 7:10. - Tampa led the Bucs with 20 points, while Harriett Swindells added 19..
- White led the Wildcats with 22 points, She was backed by Tiara Filbert with 17 and Katie Titus with 16.
