MIAMI SHORES, Fla.— The women's soccer team hosts Sunshine State Conference foe the Eckerd Tritons on Saturday, Nov. 2 at Buccaneer Field. The game will be streamed on the Sunshine State Conference Digital Network with live stats provided by StatBroadcast.

Barry is 7-6-0 on the season, 6-2-0 in the SSC, after winning their last six matches, including a 2-0 upset over conference leader Rollins on Wednesday. Eckerd had lost six of seven before beating Palm Beach Atlantic 1-0 on Saturday.
Minda Forsblom leads the team with eight points on two goals and four assists. Sofia de la Puente, Tash Hudson and Lauren Hall each have three goals to tie for the team lead. Sarah Wignall is fifth in the conference and first on the team with five assists. Maddie Hart-Pomerantz leads the conference with six shutouts in her 12 games. She has a 1.17 goals against average and an 80.6 save percentage.
Victoria Grant leads the Tritons with four goals, while Mackenzie Maggio and Lashanti Williams each have three. Hajar Benjoud's two assists pace the squad. Senior Casey Winn leads the defense with a 1.12 goals against average and 83.6 save percentage.

2019 Senior Class
Nicole Rafols has been a member of the team for five years, playing in 15 games and starting two. She played in 10 games last season as the Bucs won the Sunshine State Conference regular season and tournament titles. A member of a soccer family, she is one of three siblings to play college soccer. A three-time member of the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll, she will graduate in May with a degree in biology.
Sofia de la Puente is a three-year letterwinner who joined the squad in 2016 from Miami-Dade College. She has played in 49 games, starting 21, including 18 games played last season as the Bucs won both conference titles. She has scored five goals and added four assists, including three goals this season, which is tied for the team lead. A three-time member of the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll, she will earn her degree in exercise physiology.
Maddie Hart-Pomerantz is a three-year letterman who has emerged as the starter between the pipes this season. Having played in 18 games with 14 starts, she has a 1.01 goals against average and seven shutouts. This season, she leads the conference in shutout percentage with six in 12 games, including five in a row. A three-time member of the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll, she will graduate with a degree in biology before pursuing medical school.

Sarah Wignall is a four-year letterwinner who came to Barry as a freshman in 2016. A starter since day one, she has played in 61 games, making 48 starts. She has eight goals and 17 assists from her wing position, including four and eight last year as the Bucs won the SSC regular season and tournament titles. A three-time member of the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll, she has made Barry's Dean's List six times in six semesters as an exercise physiology major.
Ingrid Lian is another four-year letter winner in her fifth season with the team. She has played in 40 games, making 20 starts in the Bucs' defensive third, contributing two goals and two assists. The Bucs have compiled a 42-16-5 record with a 0.94 goals against average and 31 shutouts during her playing career. A psychology major, she's earned President's List honors, Dean's List and Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll four times each.
