SHARK WEEK
The Buccaneers come into the match with an all-time record of 36-8 against Nova. Last season, Barry took both matches from the Sharks in straight sets during the 2017 season. The last time Barry lost a match to Nova was on October 16, 2016. The Sharks come into tonight's match on a two-game winning streak during their 2018 Shark Invitational last weekend. A trio of seniors lead the Sharks in the three major categories. Sharks outside-hitter Denvyr Tyler-Palmer leads Nova with 90 kills on the season in seven matches played. Tyler-Palmer now sits at 1,338 career kills, putting her second in NSU program history. She is 86 kills away from tying the 15-year old record of 1,424 kills set by Natalie Kramer from 1990-93. The Sharks setter - Samantha Blasko has tallied 168 assists and their libero - Megan Burns has 117 digs.

GOOD KNIGHT
Even though the Bucs record all-time against Lynn will catch your eye (31-12), both teams have split their season series in each of the last two seasons. The Fighting Knights are off to a 6-1 start for the first time since 2016 and the fifth time in the last 10 years (2009, 2010, 2012). Following a 3-0 showing at the 11th Annual Shark Invitational held at Nova Southeastern this past weekend, the Lynn University volleyball team boasted three players on the All-Tournament Team as voted on by the coaches and released on Tuesday. Sonja Udovcic, Rafaela Fonseca and Isadora Nicolai all received the honor. Lynn was the only team at the event to produce three players on the All-Tournament Team.
